Senior
Bangor Rugby Football Club fields three adult teams and one U-19
team. The coordination of adult rugby coaching and training is delegated through
Rugby Committee to the Director of Coaching and the Club's coaching staff. Pre-season
training is held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 14th July at 7.00pm sharp,
and Saturday afternoons at 2.30pm sharp until the season begins. In-season training
continues every Tuesday and Thursday thereafter at 7.00pm sharp. New members always
welcome. Please contact Laurence, Jason or Andy, our senior squad coaching and
management team.
